DELIVERY

All our shoes are hand-made to order, however, we have been at this for over 20 years so it doesn’t take as long as you may think.

If you place an order today, our team will start making your shoes at 6am the next working day and ship the same day. Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday. Bags and purses take a little longer and are shipped in 2 working days.

Shoes are packaged in a drawstring bag and delivered in a box that is ideal for going through letterboxes. For special occasions we also offer a gift box and gift card - make your selection at time of order and don't forget to include a short message at the checkout.

Boxed products which include Giftsets, Cwtches and shoes, where gift box has been selected, will be wrapped in recyclable, protective paper and sent in a recyclable brown paper mailing bag. These items will require someone to take delivery. If no one is home a calling card will be left and they will be held at the local postal sorting office. Please check here before contacting us if an item has not be delivered.

If you are concerned about your order being sent in branded packaging please let us know when you place your order and we will ship in a plain paper mailing bag.

UK DELIVERY

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent Royal Mail 24, this is a non-trackable service however Royal Mail will scan the parcel once delivery has been attempted or made.

The estimated delivery times is 1-3 working days however this is not guaranteed and may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders to overseas customers are sent International Tracked and Signed*. There is an extra charge for delivery which will be added in the basket. A signature will be required on delivery.

EU

Orders for delivery within the European Union should not incur additional local taxes, we are IOSS registered. If you receive a request to make payment please do not do so, we will not be able to refund you. Please contact sales@inchblue.com.

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders shipped outside the UK & EU may incur local taxes and fees. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility***.

*Tracked and Signed delivery is available in most European countries as well as Canada, the US, New Zealand and Japan. Other countries offer a tracked or signed delivery option. If you would like to check what service is available for your country please visit the Royal Mail website.

**Occasionally delivery can take longer due to customs procedures in the delivering Country. We will try to keep you informed of any known delays at the time of purchase, however, this is outside of our control.  

*** Any cost incurred for refused deliveries due to import tax will be withheld from the refund to the customer, along with any shipping cost incurred in initial despatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are really happy with your order. However, we accept that sometimes you may want to send something back. We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) returned to us within 28 days provided they are in the same condition you received them: unworn and in the original packaging.

Please include the complete returns form on the back of the delivery note, this will help us process your return quickly.

We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received the item(s) we will process a refund as quickly as possible, using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within a few days of the item being received.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different style or size. However if there is a price difference we will notify you and arrange a credit/invoice accordingly. Once we have received the item(s) we will process and despatch the new order within 2-4 days.

Personalised Products

We are unable to accept returns on personalised products as they are unique to you and your little one. 

Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded. We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped, please follow the steps above to return an item.

Faulty Items

All our products go through rigorous quality control testing to make sure they are perfect for your little ones, however sometimes things can go wrong. If you’re unhappy with the quality of a purchase please contact our Customer Service team and let them know about the problem before returning any items to us. Please email oops@inch-blue.com.
