Payment and taxes

We accept most major debit and credit cards, you can also make payment though PayPal.

Prices are inclusive of UK sales tax, which is 0% for babywear.

For overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility. Any cost incurred for refused deliveries due to import tax will be withheld from the refund to the customer, along with any shipping cost incurred in initial despatch.


Each pair of shoes is hand-made to order and we despatch the next working day, Monday-Thursday. Bags and purses take a little longer and are shipped in 2 working days.

Shoes are packaged in a drawstring bag and delivered in a box that is ideal for going through letterboxes. For special occasions we also offer a gift box and gift card - make your selection at time of order and don't forget to include a short message at the checkout.


Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by Royal Mail 24.

Orders to overseas customers are sent International Tracked and Signed. There is an extra charge for delivery, which will be added at the checkout. Please allow 6-8 days for delivery to European countries and 8-10 days for countries outside Europe however due to Brexit and covid this may take longer.


If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded. We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped, please see returns policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Inch Blue offers a hassle free returns policy.  Please include your name, order number, contact email address and whether you would like to return or exchange your shoes.

If you request a refund we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) using your original payment method.

We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit.
