Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are really happy with your order. However, we accept that sometimes you may want to send something back. We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) returned to us within 28 days provided they are in the same condition you received them: unworn and in the original packaging.

We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received the item(s) we will process a refund as quickly as possible, using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different style or size**. Once we have received the item(s) we will process and despatch the new order within 2-3 days.

Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded. We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped, please follow the steps above to return an item.

Faulty Items

All our products go through rigorous quality control testing to make sure they are perfect for your little ones, however sometimes things can go wrong. If you’re unhappy with the quality of a purchase please contact our Customer Service team and let them know about the problem before returning any items to us. If you have purchased a product from one of our lovely independent retailers, they should be your first port of call if you wish to return or exchange something.
